Bhagwati Engineering Works

Our shop, Bhagwati Engineering Works, is right on Kelwa Nh - 8. We’re easy to spot because we’re near the petrol pump. Being on the highway means we see a lot of traffic and people passing through. It’s a good location for an engineering business like ours. We mostly handle repairs and fabrication work for various machines. The workshop is almost always busy with the sound of grinding and welding. We have a few guys who have been with us since the beginning, and they know exactly how to handle the tools. It’s not a fancy place by any means. There’s usually some scrap metal in the corner and tools spread out over the benches. We just aim to do a solid job so that whatever we fix stays fixed for a long time. People from the nearby villages and businesses often drop by when something breaks down. We don't have a big office or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door helps the person walking in. It’s a very hands-on way of running things. We don't use big words or try to impress people with talk. We just show them what we can do with our hands and our machines. It’s hard work, especially when the weather is hot, but we enjoy the challenge of fixing things and making them work again. That's about all there is to it for us here on the highway.
