We are located at Mukharjee Chowk Choraya, specifically at 7/35-9811 on Bhilwara Road in Kankroli. It’s right in the Rajsamand area. Arunodaya Dream Developers Private Limited is a local business that we run from this office. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always noise from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It's just where we keep our maps, ledgers, and tools. We do a lot of our planning here. Most of the people who work here grew up around this part of Rajasthan. We know the roads and the neighborhoods pretty well. It’s not a high-rise office building, just a regular space in a familiar part of town. We spend our days talking to builders and people looking for homes. There's usually a lot of tea drinking and discussing the next steps for whatever project we have going. We don't have a big corporate manual. We just figure things out as they come up. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it works for us. We try to be honest about what can be done and what can't. That’s how we’ve always operated here. Sometimes we have to go out to the sites to check on things, so the office might be empty for an hour or two. But generally, someone is around to answer the phone or handle a delivery. We just keep plugging away at our daily tasks.
