AAWI DEVELOPERS LLP

Aawi Developers LLP is run out of Charbhuja, specifically at Teeliyon Ki Kakkar. We use the space at Manju Devi and Babu Lal Jain’s place to manage our day-to-day operations. It is a small setup, mostly just us working through files and talking to folks about local development. The area around here is quiet enough but we stay busy with the technical side of building things. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation that nobody can reach. If someone needs us, they usually just come by the house. We focus on getting the work finished without making a big deal out of it. The address is easy to find if you are from around here. We deal with the usual stuff like site visits, getting permits, and making sure the laborers have what they need. Some days the weather makes things hard, or a delivery is late, but that is just how it goes in this business. We have been at this for a bit now, keeping our records at the Charbhuja location. It is a straightforward way to work. We don't have fancy lobbies, just a desk and some chairs where we figure out the next steps for our projects. It works for us and keeps us close to where the actual building happens. We just take it one project at a time and see it through. We prefer to keep our heads down and stay busy with the work at hand.
