Satnam Overseas

Satnam Overseas is tucked away at B-1/1724-a on Kalka Road, right inside Gupta Market. If you know the market, you know it’s always crowded and finding a spot to park is basically impossible most mornings. We’ve been operating out of this space for quite some time now. The office is small and gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock coming in, but we make it work. It’s a loud place with all the traffic from Kalka Road constantly buzzing in the background. You get used to the honking after a while. We spend most of our time on the phone or tracking packages across the ocean. It’s not a glamorous job, and the market can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it. The tiles on the floor are a bit cracked in the corner, and the door sticks sometimes when the weather gets humid. We don't have a team of people in ties; it's just a few of us trying to keep things organized. Usually, there’s a stack of newspapers on the desk and some half-empty chai glasses. We just do our work and try to keep the customers happy without making a big fuss about it. Being in Gupta Market feels like being in the middle of everything, even if it is a bit messy sometimes.
