Rajpura Drug Agency

Rajpura Drug Agency is over on Kalka Road, right near the old coal depot and Aman Hospital in Arjun Nagar. It’s a busy spot in Old Rajpura with trucks and bikes constantly moving around. We spend our time managing stocks of medicines and supplies that need to get out to the local clinics and shops. Our shelves are stacked pretty high with boxes, and we have to be careful about keeping everything organized so we don't lose track of what's what. It’s not an easy job because there are so many different names and labels to remember, and the phone rings quite a bit with people asking if we have this or that in stock. The building isn't much to look at, just a sturdy place to keep things safe and dry. We deal with a lot of delivery drivers who are always in a hurry to get back on the road. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three different deliveries arrive at the same time and we’re trying to check off the lists. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a counter and a lot of paperwork. We’ve been at this for a while and we know most of the people who come in by name. It’s a bit of a trek to get through the traffic on Kalka Road, but we’re always here. Sometimes the dust from the coal depot nearby makes everything a bit grimy.
