The smell inside the shop is the first thing people notice—it’s a mix of dried leaves, roots, and spices. We’ve got jars and bags of stuff stacked all the way to the ceiling. It’s not a sterile pharmacy or a high-end boutique. It’s just a place where we keep traditional things that have been around forever. We spend a lot of time grinding things up or weighing out small portions for folks who stop by. Most of our customers are people from around Gobind Colony who have been coming to us for years. They know we don’t have fancy packaging or big marketing budgets. We just focus on the herbs themselves. Sometimes we run out of something because the harvest wasn’t great, and we have to tell people to wait. That’s just the way it is with natural stuff. It’s a family-run sort of thing, and we take pride in knowing what’s in every jar. We don’t make any big claims; we just provide what we have.
