We’ve seen technology move from the old days to what it is now, and we’ve had to learn it all as we went along. It’s a very practical environment to be in. We don't talk much about things like "customer journeys" or anything corporate. We talk about hardware and signal strength. It’s a steady job that requires a lot of patience. Sometimes things break at the worst possible time, like in the middle of the night, and you just have to stay until it’s fixed. That’s just the life of a telecom officer here. It’s been that way since the start, and we just keep the service running as best as the equipment allows.
