Our setup is at Khasra No 802, on the land that belongs to Bhagat Ram Singh Thakurharansinghi. It’s a bit of a way out, and finding us can be tricky if you aren't from around here. We go by Veggible Meat Services Llp. The name sounds a bit modern, but the work we do is pretty traditional and hands-on. We spend our time working with different food services. It’s not a clean, white-tiled office. We are out there on the ground, dealing with the heat and the dust. Most of the time, we’re just busy moving stuff around or checking on the equipment. It’s a lot of manual labor, and we don't have a big staff to help out. It's mostly just a few of us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the region. We just want to make sure we do a decent job so we can keep going. The weather out here really dictates our day. If it’s too hot, we have to slow down. If it rains, the ground gets messy. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of ads. We just talk to people face-to-face and get our orders that way. It’s a basic way of doing things, but it’s what we know. We just focus on the work and try to keep the business steady without any big fuss.
