Veer Realtech Private Limited

Our business, Veer Realtech Private Limited, is based out of Suncity in the Kanchan Bag area of Rajnandgaon. We’re located at the residence of Prashant Bohra. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood, which is a nice change from the busy main roads. Working out of a home-based office means things are pretty informal. We don't have a big corporate sign or a fleet of branded cars. Most of the time, it’s just us sitting in the office area going over property papers and talking to people about real estate. Rajnandgaon is a place where reputation matters more than a fancy office anyway. We spend a lot of time driving around to different plots and meeting with folks who are looking to buy or sell. It’s a lot of legwork, but that’s the nature of realtech. Some days we don't even spend much time at the desk. When we are there, we’re usually catching up on the local news or filing away the latest agreements. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because it lets us stay close to what’s happening on the ground. We’ve been part of the community here for a long time. There’s no big sales pitch here, just us doing our daily work in Chattisgarh and trying to keep things straight for everyone involved. It’s a steady pace of life and we’ve gotten used to the rhythms of the local market over the years. We keep some cold water in the fridge for anyone who drops by.
