Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd

Our office is located at 53-Poonam Colony, Verdhman Nagar in Rajnandgaon. It’s a quiet enough spot in Chhattisgarh 491441 where we run things for Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. We aren’t in a big glass tower. We just have a regular office in the colony where we do our planning and admin work. Most of our actual work happens out at the building sites around the region. We deal with the engineering side of things, making sure the structures are solid and the timelines are met. It’s a lot of logistics and manual work. We aren't the type to use big words or fancy marketing. We just talk about bricks, steel, and man-hours. The office is usually a bit cluttered with site equipment and old records, but we know where everything is. The staff here is local, and we take our work seriously without making a big deal out of it. We have our tea breaks and we talk about the local news, but when it’s time to work, we focus. Projects in this part of the country have their own challenges, like getting materials transported over long distances. We just handle it as it comes. We aren't here to promise anything impossible. We just do the job we were hired for and try to do it well. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense place to work, and we like it that way.
