Kazil Agro Tech Private Limited

Kazil Agro Tech is a small company we run from Sahdev Nagar in Rajnandgaon. We are located at Katyayni Devi Pandey’s place. It’s a quiet neighborhood and we try to keep our work organized there. We deal with agro technology, which mostly means helping with better ways to manage the local farms. We aren't some big tech firm from a city. We are just locals who know a bit about tools and farming methods. We spend a lot of time visiting different fields and seeing what’s actually happening on the ground. Sometimes we sit in the office at Sahdev Nagar to go through the data and the plans. It’s a lot of back and forth. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’re likely to just walk into the living area where we have our desks. We try to keep things practical. We don't use a lot of jargon or try to sound smarter than we are. We just want to see the farms doing better. It’s a slow process and we have our fair share of setbacks. Some days it feels like we aren't making much progress, but we keep at it. We don't have any big advertisements. Word of mouth works best for us around Rajnandgaon. We just do the work and hope for the best for the harvest.
