Indian Broiler Group

Indian Broiler Group is located out in Post Village Indamara, right off NH-6. Being out here near the highway means we get a lot of trucks passing by, but the village itself is still pretty quiet compared to the city. Life here revolves around the birds and the farm schedule. We start very early, often before the sun is even fully up, because that’s when the work needs to happen. The air out here smells like the countryside and the feed we use. It’s a lot of physical work, walking back and forth across the property and checking on things. Indamara is a small place, so everyone kind of knows what everyone else is doing. The highway is our main link to the rest of the world. Sometimes it gets really dusty when the wind blows across the open fields. We don’t have a fancy office; most of our time is spent outdoors or in the sheds. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. We don’t really do much in the way of advertising. People know where we are if they need us. We just focus on the livestock and making sure everything is handled properly. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’re used to the rhythm of the farm by now. It’s just how things go out here on NH-6.
