INDIAN BROILER GROUP

We are based out in Indamara village, right next to NH-6. It is a rural location, which is exactly where Indian Broiler Group needs to be. We spend our days dealing with the realities of farm logistics and management. The highway is always busy, so we hear the sound of trucks moving back and forth all day long. It can be a dusty place, especially when the weather is dry for a long time. We don't have a polished or modern office. It is just a functional building where we track our orders and handle the daily chores. Life in the village moves at its own pace, but our work can be quite fast. We have to keep up with everything going on. Most of our staff members are from the local area. We have known each other for a long time, so we work well together. There is not much of a hierarchy here. We all just do what needs to be done. Whether that is checking on the trucks or finishing up paperwork in the office. NH-6 is very important for us because it connects us to everywhere else. We don't have any mission statements or goals written on the walls. We just have calendars, pens, and clipboards. It is a lot of hard work and the hours can be long. But it is what we do and we have been here for years.
