You can find us at Plot Number 7 on Survey Number 217. We’re right behind the Perfect Weigh Bridge and near K.K. Industries. It’s a bit of a tuck-away spot, but once you find the weigh bridge, you’re basically there. We make pipes. It’s heavy work and the shop floor is always covered in metal scraps and tools. We have a few machines that do the heavy lifting, but there’s still a lot of manual checking. We aren't some massive corporation with a skyscraper. We’re just a factory in an industrial patch. The noise is pretty constant during the day. We spend our time looking at specs and making sure the pipes are cut to the right lengths. Sometimes the raw material delivery is late, and that throws off the whole schedule for the week. We just do our best to catch up. It’s a small crew and everyone knows their job. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or websites. We just make the pipes and sell them to the contractors and builders who come by. It’s straightforward. If you need a pipe, we probably have it or can make it. It’s hot in the summer inside the shed, but we have fans and keep moving. That’s just life in the pipe business. The weigh bridge is a busy spot, so there’s always people shouting and engines idling right outside our gate. We’ve been in this specific plot for quite some time now, and we’ve seen a lot of other businesses come and go. The roof of the shed leaks a little bit when it rains really hard, so we just move things.
