You can find us on Shobheshwar Road, right across from the Picnic Centre. We’ve been at this P.O. Box 341 address for a long time. The place is full of ceramic pieces, tiles, and all sorts of heavy items that we move around all day. It’s a bit of a workout just working here. Being right by the Picnic Centre means we see a lot of families and people out for the day, which is a nice change from just looking at stacks of crates. The road gets a bit muddy when it rains, and the dust from the ceramics is something we just live with. We aren't a big showroom with bright lights; it’s more of a practical setup where we keep the stock and talk to customers who know what they are looking for. Sometimes we are short-handed and everyone has to jump in to help load a truck. It’s not a perfect system, but it gets the job done. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word usually gets around because we have been here so long. The office is just a desk with a lot of catalogs and some old chairs for visitors. We just focus on keeping the inventory straight and making sure the right boxes go to the right people without too much delay or confusion. It is simple enough for us.
