We8 International Llp is located in Office No. 31 on the second floor of Ashapura Tower. If you’ve spent any time on Sanala Road, you probably know the building. It’s one of those busy places where there’s always someone running up the stairs or waiting for the lift. Being on the second floor is okay, though on really hot days, you definitely feel the sun hitting the building. We do international work from this small office, which mostly involves a lot of phone calls and emails to people in different time zones. It’s funny thinking about how we’re sitting here in Morbi while talking to someone halfway across the world. The office itself is mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of files that seem to pile up no matter how much we clean. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us making sure things don't fall through the cracks. The road outside is usually packed with bikes and cars, and the noise filters up to us, but you get used to it after a week or two. We usually have our lunch together and talk about things other than work just to clear our heads. It’s a practical way to run a business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our bit on Sanala Road, keep the operations steady, and make sure every shipment is documented properly.
