Wintouch Ceramic

Wintouch Ceramic is situated out on Sartanpar Road, right in the Ratavirada area. If you are looking for us, we are near the Milano Paper Mill, which is a big landmark around here. The road is often dusty because of all the trucks carrying raw materials and finished goods back and forth. This part of Ratavirada is really the heart of the ceramic belt, so there is always something going on. Our daily routine at the facility involves a lot of watching the kilns and checking the tiles as they come out. It’s a dusty job, and we all end up with a bit of white powder on our clothes by the end of the shift. The office is just a simple room where we keep the records and talk to the transporters. We don’t have fancy furniture or air conditioning that works all the time, but it gets the job done. The wind blows across the open fields nearby, which helps a bit with the heat from the ovens. We have a small crew here, and most of us have been working in ceramics for years. It’s not an easy business with the fluctuating gas prices and the heavy lifting, but it’s what we know. We just try to keep the quality steady and the loading moving so the trucks aren't sitting idle for too long. It’s a practical life out here on the edge of the village, and we like the rhythm of it.
