Vishal Technitex

We are located right on the Morbi-Rajkot Highway in the Lajai area of Tankara. Being near the highway means there is always a lot of traffic passing by, mostly big trucks carrying goods back and forth. Vishal Technitex is situated in a spot that’s easy to find if you’re driving between the two cities. The landscape around here is pretty open, and the wind can get quite strong in the evenings. We spend most of our time in the production area. It’s a large space, and it can get pretty loud when the machines are running. We aren't really office people; we prefer being where the actual work happens. The dust from the highway sometimes settles on everything, so we are constantly wiping down the benches. Our team consists of people from the nearby villages and Tankara itself. We’ve worked together for a long time, so we have a good rhythm going. Lunchtime is usually spent sitting together and sharing food. It’s a simple operation without any bells or whistles. We focus on the daily tasks and make sure the orders are ready on time. There are always challenges, like a machine breaking down or a late delivery, but we just fix it and move on. It’s a decent place to work and it keeps us all busy. We don't worry about much else besides getting the work done right each day.
