A. T. Exports is located right at Virani Chowk. It’s a central spot, so there is always a lot of movement around the office. We handle various export tasks, which basically means we spend a lot of time on the computer and talking to transporters. The office is pretty basic—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of files stacked up in the corners. We aren’t a huge corporation with fancy glass walls; it’s more of a practical workspace where we get things done. Being at the chowk makes it easy for people to find us, but the traffic noise can be a bit much during the middle of the day. We’ve been in the export business for a while now, navigating all the paperwork and rules that come with it. It can be stressful when a shipment is delayed or something goes wrong at the port, but we’ve learned to handle it over the years. We usually have a pot of coffee or tea going because the hours can get long, especially when we’re dealing with different time zones. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. Most of our clients have been with us for years, and we appreciate that.
