You will find Surbhi Healthcare & Surgicare at Surbhi House, which is on Vidhyanagar Main Road. We are located right opposite the Khadi Gram Shilp. That’s the easiest way to tell people where we are because everyone knows that landmark. The road outside is always busy with people and cars, so it can be a bit noisy during the day. We have been in this spot for a long time. Our building, Surbhi House, is where we keep all our healthcare and surgical stock. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned setup, with shelves reaching up to the ceiling and a counter where we talk to customers. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s more of a personal, local operation. The front office is often full of boxes waiting to be picked up. We know most of the other shop owners on Vidhyanagar Main Road, and we often have tea with the neighbors when there is a quiet moment. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just sell medical supplies and try to be helpful to the doctors and families who come through our door. The paperwork is mostly done by hand or on a couple of old computers. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city, just a reliable one that people can find easily. It's just a regular, working-class business.
