Venus Technocast

We are located at Plot 55 in the Mira Udhyog Sevasahakari Mandli industrial area, which is right near the Aji Ring Road in Rajkot. If you have ever been to this part of Gujarat, you know it is a hub for metal work and foundries. Our place is where we do technocasting, which involves a lot of heat and metal. The shop floor is usually quite dirty with sand and metal shavings, and the air smells like hot iron. It’s not the kind of place where you would want to wear a nice shirt. We have furnaces that we run to melt the metal, and then we pour it into molds to get the shapes we need. It is heavy work and requires a lot of attention so that nobody gets hurt. The Aji Ring Road is always busy with trucks, which is good for us because it makes shipping our products much easier. We don't have a fancy reception area; visitors usually just walk into the main bay where all the action is happening. Our office is a small room off to the side with a few chairs and a fan that barely keeps the heat away. We have been doing this for years, and we know the rhythms of the machines by heart. We just focus on getting the casts right and meeting the deadlines for the people who buy from us. It is a tough environment but it is what we do.
