We are tucked away in the Shrinathji Estate, specifically on that back street behind Punam Dumper near National Highway 8B. If you know the Vavdi GIDC area, you know it’s full of small and big factories all doing their own thing. We are one of them. We manufacture various parts here, and the shop floor is usually pretty loud with the sound of machines running. It’s not the cleanest place because, well, we are making things out of metal and raw materials, so there’s always some shavings or oil around. I’ve been working here since we opened and it’s been a lot of long hours. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone like that. Mostly, it’s just us focusing on the machines and making sure the output is what the customer asked for. The location is handy being so close to the highway, which makes getting supplies in and out much easier. Sometimes the power goes out in the GIDC and everything stops, which is frustrating, but we just use that time to grab some tea and wait it out. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We don't really have a fancy philosophy; we just want to make stuff that works and keep the business running. It’s a lot of sweat and heavy lifting, but there’s a certain satisfaction when a big order is finished and ready to go.
