You can find us at Plot No 303 in the Marutinandan building, right across from the Galaxy Hotel on Jawahar Road. This part of town is always moving, and being on the main road means we hear the traffic all day long. We are in the trading business, so our space is usually filled with stacks of boxes and various goods waiting to be shipped out. It is more of a warehouse and a small office combined than a typical retail shop. We do a lot of loading and unloading throughout the week. Sometimes the sidewalk gets a bit blocked when a big shipment arrives, but we try to move things inside as fast as possible. The office area is pretty basic with just a couple of computers and a lot of notebooks for keeping track of inventory. We have been here for a long time and know the neighboring shop owners well. It is a good spot, even if parking on Jawahar Road is almost impossible most of the time. We don't really do much in the way of advertising; most people find us because they know the location or were referred by someone else in the trade. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the supplies get to where they need to go. It is practical work and can be a bit messy with all the packing material, but we prefer it that way. We are usually here from early morning until late evening.
