High Tech Electricals

We’re tucked away at No. 6 Nandipark, which is right behind the SNK School on University Road. High Tech Electricals isn't as high-tech as the name might make it sound; we're really just a bunch of guys who know our way around wires and circuits. The shop is full of boxes, tools, and spare parts scattered around. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is kept. Being near the school means it’s pretty quiet during the day until the afternoon bells ring. We get a lot of local folks coming in when their lights flicker or a fuse blows. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, the person who answers your question is the same person who will be fixing your problem at your house. We’ve been on University Road for quite some time now. It’s a good location because it’s easy for people to find once they know the school landmark. We don't spend money on fancy uniforms or glossy brochures. We just wear what’s comfortable for working in and getting our hands dirty. Some days we’re out on repair calls most of the time, so the shop might be locked for an hour or two while we're away. That’s just how it goes with a small crew. We try to be helpful and just get things working again for people without a lot of talking. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. We just do the daily work and keep things moving.
