Union Machine Tools

Our workshop is located way out in the GIDC area at Metoda, specifically on Road-M at the end of Kishan Gate Main Road. If you know the Lodhika Industrial Estate, you know it's a lot of driving and heavy trucks everywhere. We are at Plot No. G-1886. It’s a dusty place because of all the construction and manufacturing going on nearby, but that’s just how it is in an industrial zone. We handle machine tools and various mechanical parts that the factories around here need to keep their lines running. The floor is usually covered in some bit of grease or metal shavings because there is always something being moved or tested. It’s not a showroom; it’s a working space where things get done. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or looking for specific parts that someone needs urgently. Usually, the sun beats down pretty hard on the corrugated roof in the afternoons, so we keep the big doors open for a breeze. Most of the guys here have been working with machines for years and know the sounds they make when something is wrong. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in the back near the stacks of iron and steel. It’s loud, busy, and we’re usually behind on the paperwork, but the tools get out the door eventually. Most afternoons the tea guy comes by and that is our main break.
