About Umiya Polymers Print – Packaging Machines & Materials in Rajkot
We’ve been here at Survey No. 238 for a while now. Most days start pretty early because that’s when the heat isn't too bad yet. If you come down Vikas Stove Road, you’ll see our spot in the Jay Krishna Ind. Estate at Plot No. 8. It’s usually busy with the machines running. We do a lot of printing on polymers, which involves a lot of checking and re-checking things so they look right. It’s not fancy work, just something we’ve gotten used to over the years. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but that’s just how it is around here. We have a small crew and everyone knows their job. Usually, there’s a lot of ink around and the smell of the plastic being processed. We try to keep things organized, but in a shop like this, stuff gets moved around all the time. The trucks come in and out through the gate, and we spend most of our time making sure the orders are stacked and ready. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and making sure the colors match up. We’ve seen other shops come and go on this road, but we just keep doing what we do. It’s a good location because the estate is well-known, and people know where to find us near the main road. We don't have a big office or anything, just the workspace and some desks where we keep the paperwork.
