You have to drive down Ahmedabad Nh-8 and head towards Navagam to find us at Plot No. 195. We are tucked into Khodiyar Park, right behind the Sat Hanuman temple in the Ruda Transport Nagar area. It is a very busy part of the city because of all the transport trucks moving in and out. Apple Organics Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a while, and the location is quite handy for getting things moved onto the highway quickly. The air is always thick with the sound of engines and horns from Nh-8, but inside our plot, we try to keep things a bit more orderly. Working with organics means we have to be careful about how we store everything. The warehouse at Plot 195 is kept as clean as we can manage, though the dust from the road always tries to find a way in. We spend a lot of time checking the labels and making sure the bags are stacked properly so they don't fall over. The staff usually arrives early to beat the worst of the Transport Nagar traffic. Sometimes we walk over to the temple nearby just to get a moment of peace before the busy afternoon starts. It’s a practical place to work, even if it’s a bit noisy outside. We just focus on the bags and the crates that need to go out to the customers.
