Tirupati Poly Flex

Our workshop is located at 2207 on Kranti Gate Road in the Metoda GIDC area. We are situated right across from Kranti Extrusion. If you know the industrial zone at all, we are pretty easy to find among the other factories. We work with poly flex materials here. The building is basically just a large industrial shed with some heavy machinery bolted to the floor. It is noisy and smells like heated plastic most of the time. We spend the whole day running the machines and checking the quality of what comes off the line. It is a lot of standing around and watching the gauges to make sure nothing overheats. Metoda is a busy place with trucks moving in and out at all hours. We do not have a fancy office for meetings; there is just a small wooden desk near the front door where we keep the ledger and the phone. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend the whole day covered in grease trying to fix them instead of producing anything, which is always frustrating. We just do our best to keep up with the orders we have. Most of the people we work with are other businesses located in the GIDC or nearby industrial estates. We have been at this spot for a few years and have seen the area grow. It is just honest, repetitive work.
