We are based in Block 29A of the Hari Om building on Sardar Nagar Street 7. This is just off Mavdi Road in Rajkot. It’s a pretty typical Rajkot neighborhood with houses and small businesses all mixed together. Our office is called Hari Om, which gives it a bit of a local feel. We handle export and import stuff, which means we spend a lot of time dealing with various products and customs papers. It’s a lot of back and forth with different countries. Our office is fairly simple. We have a few computers and a lot of folders. There’s usually a pot of tea on the go because we have people dropping in throughout the day. Mavdi Road is always busy, so there’s a lot of noise from the street, but we don't mind it. We started this because we saw an opportunity to help local goods get to other markets. It’s just a small group of us working here. We don't have any big slogans or anything. We just try to get the shipping containers filled and the paperwork signed off. Sometimes there are delays at the port or with the shipping lines, which can be frustrating, but we just deal with it. We’ve lived in Rajkot most of our lives, so we know how to get things done around here. It’s a modest operation, but it keeps us busy from morning until night. We just try to stay on top of the emails and keep the shipments moving.
