Talent International

We are based at 203 S.J. Palace, which is right across from Deepkala Hall on Dhebar Road. It’s a busy part of the street, and there’s always something going on outside. Talent International has been here for a good while. We mostly work on helping people find jobs and connecting them with different companies. The office is a simple place with a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters; it’s just a local office where we do our work. We spend a lot of time looking through resumes and talking to people about what they are looking for in their next role. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when we have several people coming in at once, but we manage. We aren't a huge agency with hundreds of staff. It’s just a handful of us who know the local job market pretty well. Dhebar Road is a convenient spot because it’s easy for people to reach by bus or rickshaw. We don't use any big marketing slogans. We just try to help out as best as we can and keep our records organized. The building itself is a bit older, and the stairs can be a bit of a climb, but we like being here. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do, and we’ve become a regular part of the neighborhood over the years.
