Swati Techno Products Pvt. Ltd. is located out at E-11, Road -C, near the Almty Gate in Lodhika Gidc, Rajkot. It is quite a drive from the main city center, but this is where all the industry happens. We produce various technical parts in our workshop. The Gidc area is always buzzing with the sound of trucks and people moving materials from one unit to another. Our building is a pretty standard industrial shed for this area. Inside, it is a mix of different machines and storage space for our raw materials. We have a small office tucked in the corner where we handle the invoices and paperwork, but most of the actual action happens out on the floor. Rajkot is well known for this kind of work, so we are surrounded by people doing similar things. Some days the dust from the road gets inside when the wind blows, but we just sweep it out and keep going. We do not really have a marketing department or a sales team. We just make the products and send them out to the people who order them. It is how we have always done things. The team is small and everyone has been here long enough to know their job. Sometimes we sit together for tea in the afternoon when it is not too busy. It is a practical and honest way to work.
