The office for Ashwin Lodhiya is at 133, Guruprasad Society. We are located right behind Malaviyanagar, on the Doshi Hospital Road. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know the hospital. We do structural consulting for all kinds of buildings. The office is usually a bit of a mess with papers and rolls of blueprints everywhere. We don't have a big staff, so things are very informal here. You can just walk in and usually find someone to talk to about your project. We don't bother with fancy dress codes or corporate rules. We just focus on the engineering side of things. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, except for the usual street traffic. We’ve been here for a long time, so we’ve seen a lot of changes in the society and the surrounding streets. We don't have a website that we update or any social media pages. Most of our clients are just local people who heard about us from a neighbor or a contractor. We use a lot of calculators and pens. It’s the kind of work where you have to be careful with the numbers, so we take our time. We enjoy the work and the people we meet. It is just a normal local business where we try to stay busy and do a decent job for everyone who comes through the door. There is no corporate polish here, just people doing their jobs.
