We have Spencers Retail Ltd on the sign, and inside it is just organized for work. We don’t have any polished marketing talk to give you. We just provide what people need and keep the place clean. The summers get really hot here, so we try to keep the air moving as much as we can. It’s a local business feel through and through. We handle the inventory, talk to the suppliers, and make sure things are on the shelves. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time with the turn near the crossing, but we manage. It is a straightforward operation. We don’t think much about corporate goals, we just focus on making sure the day goes smoothly for everyone who walks through the door.
