Kapadiya Industries

Kapadiya Industries is over at No. 7, right near the Jk Mall. It's a convenient location because everyone knows where the mall is. We operate a small industrial unit there. It's mostly fabrication and basic manufacturing. The shop floor is usually covered in metal shavings or bits of material. It’s noisy because of the machinery, so we have to shout a bit to be heard sometimes. We’ve been doing this for a long time. The owners are usually right there on the floor with the workers. We don't believe in sitting in a closed office all day while the work is happening outside. It’s a hands-on kind of place. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend half the day fixing them ourselves. That's just how it goes in this line of work. Being near the mall means there’s always something happening outside, but once you step inside our gates, it’s all business. We have a few delivery trucks that come in and out during the week. The space is a bit tight, but we make it work. We started small and stayed that way because it's easier to manage things ourselves. Most of our guys have been with us since the beginning. We just keep our heads down and try to finish the batches on time without too many mistakes. It's a solid, regular routine we’ve built up over the years. Some days are long, but we just get through the work together.
