We've been here in Soni Bazar for a while now. It's a busy spot and people know us for mobile stuff. We handle a lot of different phones every day. Some people come in because they dropped their screen, others just need a new charger because their dog chewed the old one. We don't try to be fancy. It’s just a small shop with a lot of parts and cables lying around. If your phone is acting up, we take a look at it. Sometimes it's a quick fix, sometimes it takes a bit longer if we have to wait for a part to arrive. We sell some second-hand sets too when we have them in stock. It gets loud out there in the bazaar, but we are used to the noise. People stop by to ask about recharge plans or just to see what the new models look like. We just try to get things working again for the folks around here. It isn't a big showroom with bright lights, just a place to get your tech sorted out. We know the regulars by name mostly. If you are walking through the market, you'll see us. We keep the counter busy. There is always something to fix or a SIM card to activate. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us working the bench and talking to customers. It works for us.
