We are Smk Fasterners and you can find us at 2-Dindayal Industrial Estate. We are right on the Ali Ring Road, just across from the Gamera Pump. If you are driving by, you probably see the traffic moving fast toward the highway. Our place is full of boxes and bins because fasteners are small and there are thousands of different types. We spend a lot of time sorting through screws, bolts, and nuts to make sure the counts are correct. It can be a bit tedious but someone has to do it. The office is right at the front, and it is usually piled with ledgers and delivery notes. We don't have a lot of space for extra stuff, so everything is packed in pretty tight. Sometimes the dust from the Ring Road gets in, but we just wipe down the counters and keep going. The staff here knows the inventory by heart, so if you ask for a specific thread, they can usually point to the right shelf without looking at a list. We are just a regular group of people working a regular job. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just try to get the right boxes to the right customers before the sun goes down. It is busy, it is a bit messy sometimes, but we get it done. The Gamera Pump across the road is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We often see the same drivers stopping there every day.
