You can find Skyline Impex at 204 Capital Market on Mahakali Mandir Road. It is a very busy building with a lot of different businesses squeezed in, so there is always something going on in the hallways. Our office is a straightforward, plain space where we handle all our impex work. We spend most of our time on the phone or typing out long emails to various vendors. It is a lot of logistical coordination, just making sure things move from point A to point B without getting stuck in some warehouse somewhere. Mahakali Mandir Road is always crowded with people, so getting to the office in the morning can be a bit of a challenge with the traffic and the shops opening up. We do not have a slick marketing team or anything like that. Most of our work comes from just being around for a while and knowing how the local system works. It is not always perfect; sometimes a shipment gets delayed at customs or a truck breaks down on the road, and we have to spend the whole day fixing the mess. That is just the nature of this kind of business. We keep a pot of coffee going and just work through the pile of documents sitting on the desk. We do not use big words to describe what we do. We just import and export stuff for people.
