Sitaram Polymers

Sitaram Polymers is based out on Rajpar Road in the Dharti Industrial Estate. Being in Morbi, we are surrounded by factories of all kinds. Our shed is number 10. We focus on polymer work, which basically means we spend our days around plastic molding and raw materials. It’s a dusty environment and it gets quite hot near the machines. We started this because we saw a need for it in the local market. We have a small crew of workers who know the machines inside out. We don't have a big HR department or fancy lunchrooms. We just sit together when we have a break. The trucks come and go all day long picking up orders or dropping off bags of plastic pellets. Sometimes the power cuts out and everything grinds to a halt, which is frustrating but we just wait it out and talk. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of what comes off the line. If it’s not right, we have to figure out why and fix it. It’s a lot of trial and error some days. We don't write big reports. We just talk to each other and get it sorted. The estate is busy and we’ve been here long enough that people know where to find us. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a simple business but it keeps us going day after day.
