We’ve been over here at Plot No. 2804 in the Lodhika Industrial Estate for a good while now. It’s a busy spot in Metoda and the traffic can get a bit much during shift changes, but we like it here. Sintron Polymers is mostly about handling different plastic materials and getting things out the door to our customers. Our workshop isn't the fanciest place you'll ever see, but it works for what we need to do every day. We spend a lot of time looking at molds and checking machines to make sure everything is running okay. Sometimes the floor gets a bit cluttered with bags of raw material and finished parts waiting to be packed up, but that’s just how it is when things are moving fast. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know who does what without having to talk about it too much. We grab tea from the stall nearby when we get a break. It’s practical work. We don’t really do fancy meetings or anything like that. We just show up, get the machines started, and try to keep up with the orders that come in. It’s loud in the back where the polymers are processed, but you get used to it after a few days on the job. We're just a local business trying to stay busy and do right by the folks who buy from us. We don't need much else to be happy with our work.
