Shyam Plastic

Shyam Plastic. Our factory is on Jain Manu Road. We are pretty easy to spot because we are right opposite Creative Forge and near Amiraj Plastic. This whole area is industrial, so there are always machines running nearby. Our place is full of molds and plastic parts. We have several injection machines that run for most of the day. They make a rhythmic clunking sound as they open and close. There is a specific smell of hot plastic that stays in your clothes. We have bags of colored granules stacked up against the back wall. We spend a lot of time checking the parts as they come out of the machines to make sure they are right. Any scraps go into a bin to be ground up again. The workbench is covered in tools like pliers and knives for trimming the edges. We don't have a fancy showroom. If someone wants to see what we do, they just walk onto the shop floor. Our office is just a corner with a file cabinet and a phone that rings quite often. Jain Manu Road can get muddy when it rains, so we have some old rugs at the door to keep the dirt out. We are just a small team of people making parts. It’s a busy life but we like the routine of the shop and the people on this road.
