You’ll find Shri Bhagavati Bright Bras Ltd. down Shitalmata Mandir Road, right near the village area. We’re located at Survey No. 237 and 238. It’s a bit of a different vibe here compared to the big industrial parks because we’re closer to the village and the temple. You can often hear the temple bells in the morning when we’re just starting our shift. We work with brass, so the workshop is usually filled with the bright yellow color of the metal and the sound of grinding and polishing. It gets quite hot near the machines, and everything has a layer of fine metal dust on it by the end of the day. The guys who work here mostly live in the village, so they just walk or bike to work. It’s a very local operation. We don’t have a big HR department or a marketing team. If someone needs to talk to the boss, they just walk into the small cabin at the front. We keep our records in big ledgers and mostly rely on our memory and experience to get the work right. It’s the kind of place where we know everyone’s name and their family’s business too. We take pride in just doing the job we’re supposed to do without making a big fuss about it. The work is steady, and we like the quiet of the village road and the people we see every day.
