Shreenathji Rubber Products is our small place in Rajkot. We are located at Plot No G-706, right by the Kishan Gate in Gidc. Lodhika. Metoda is where all the action is for businesses like ours. We work with rubber, which means the smell is something you never really forget. It’s a strong scent but it’s the smell of work to us. We’ve been here for several years now. The plot isn't the biggest on the block, but we make good use of every square inch. We have the presses and the molds all set up. It gets quite warm in the back where the heating happens. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us and a few workers who know the trade. We make sure the parts are right before they go into the boxes. If there’s a problem, we fix it ourselves. No need for a committee. We like the independence of running our own shop. People around here know us as the rubber guys near the gate. It’s a simple life. We start early, usually before the sun gets too high, and we finish when the day's work is done. We don't try to sound like a big global firm. We are just Shreenathji Rubber Products, and we’re happy being right here in Metoda. We just take one order at a time and do it right.
