Shreenath Clinic

Shreenath Clinic is right on Tirupatinagar Main Road, specifically by Hanuman Mhadhi Chowk. If you spend any time at the chowk, you know how loud the horns can be during the rush hour. Our clinic is tucked in there, and sometimes the windows rattle when a heavy truck goes past. I’ve lived and worked around here long enough to not really notice the noise anymore. The interior of the clinic is pretty basic. We have a few plastic chairs for people to sit on and a desk that’s seen better days. The drawers stick sometimes, especially when the weather is damp. I spend my mornings checking the supplies and making sure we have enough of everything for the day. There is a small shrine near the entrance where we light a lamp every morning. It gives the place a bit of a calm feeling before the day really gets moving. Tirupatinagar is a busy neighborhood, and we see all sorts of people walking by our door. Some stop in just to ask for directions to the chowk, and others are regulars who have been coming here for years. We don't do much in the way of decorating. It’s more about having a clean space where people can come in and talk to us. By the time we close up for the night, the chowk has finally calmed down a little bit, and we can finally hear ourselves think again.
