Our manufacturing unit is at Plot No. 2 A/B on Dharti Agro Eng. Road. It’s an area full of workshops and small factories, so there’s always something going on nearby. We’ve been at Survey No. 34 for a good few years now. The space inside is mostly taken up by our machinery and stacks of materials. It isn't a quiet place; there’s always the sound of metal or motors running. We don’t have any fancy decorations in the office, just a few chairs and a desk where we handle the paperwork. Most of the guys here are from the local area and we’ve all worked together for a long time. We don't do things the corporate way with big speeches. We just show up, see what needs to be made, and get on with it. Sometimes we have a bit of a laugh during the lunch break, sitting outside if the weather isn't too hot. The street can get a bit messy with all the industrial activity, but that’s just part of being in an engineering zone. We take our work seriously but we don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. It’s just about making the items we need to and keeping the machines running. It’s a plain and honest business, and we’re happy with that. We usually wrap things up around six and head home. Sometimes the road gets blocked by a delivery van, so we have to wait.
