Shree Bharat Manufactures

Shree Bharat Manufactures is located down at G-1025, near the Kishan Gate in Gidc Lodhika. If you have ever been to Metoda, you know it is mostly just rows of factories and the sound of machines running all day long. Our place is no different. The floor is concrete and there is always a bit of grease or metal dust around, no matter how much we sweep. We started this manufacturing unit because it is what we know how to do. Most days, it is just the sound of the equipment and the guys talking over the noise. The heat inside the shed gets pretty bad during the summer months, but we just keep the big doors open to catch whatever breeze comes through the gate. It is not a corporate setup where everyone wears a tie. We are usually in work clothes and have dirty hands by noon. We get our raw materials delivered by trucks that always seem to struggle with the narrow turns near the gate. It is a lot of repetitive work, watching the machines and making sure nothing jams up. We have a small corner with a table where we drink tea and talk about the day’s production. It is a simple life here in the industrial zone. Nothing fancy, just making parts and getting them loaded onto the transport trucks before the sun goes down.
