Shivam Clinic And Laboratory is over in the Tirupati Complex, which is right across from Kasturi Residency. We are in the Nana Mava area, near Ambika Township. This part of Rajkot has grown so fast lately, it’s hard to keep up sometimes. When we first started, there wasn’t nearly as much stuff around here. Now, there are apartments everywhere and plenty of people walking their dogs or going to the markets. The complex where we are is usually pretty busy. We have the clinic side and the laboratory side, so there’s a lot of equipment squeezed into the rooms. It’s not the most spacious place, and it can feel a bit cramped when the lab is running and patients are waiting at the same time. The noise from the street is always there, but it’s mostly just the sound of the neighborhood growing. Being opposite Kasturi Residency makes it easy for those residents to just walk over. We see a lot of families from Ambika Township too. The waiting area has a few benches and a small desk where we keep the records. It’s a practical setup, nothing too fancy or modern-looking. We just focus on getting the lab tests done and seeing the patients who come in. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it goes sometimes. It’s a honest little business in a busy new part of town that we've come to know well.
