Shiv Telecom is right behind the St Bus Stand on Kanak Road. Being opposite Hotel Krishna makes it really easy to find us if you’re coming from the station or just passing through town. We’ve been in Creative Chamber at Plot 205 for a while now. It’s a small shop, mostly dealing with phones and all the little accessories that people need. Folks come in all day long asking about recharges or why their screen is acting up again. We see a lot of travelers because the bus stand is so close, and they usually need a quick fix or a new charger before they head out on their trip. It stays pretty busy from morning until we finally close up at night. Sometimes the noise from the buses idling outside is a bit much, but you get used to it after a week or two. We keep a decent stock of different cases and screen protectors on the shelves. It’s not a big corporate store with bright lights; it's just a local place where you can get your phone looked at without a lot of fuss. We don’t wear fancy uniforms or anything like that. Usually, it’s just one or two of us behind the counter handling everything. If we don’t have a specific part, we try to be honest and tell you where else you might look in the market. The shop gets a bit dusty with all the traffic on Kanak Road. We just try to help folks keep their phones working.
