We are located in Block No. 13 of the Dr. Radhakrishnan Society. It’s right near the Raiya Road railway crossing. You can hear the trains going by all day long, which you get used to after a while. We do export and trade work from here. It’s a small office, nothing like those big glass buildings you see in the city center. We have a few desks and a lot of paperwork piled up. Dealing with international stuff means we are often on the phone at odd hours. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s a bit of a mix of homes and small businesses like ours. We don't have a big team. It’s just a handful of us making sure the shipments are moving. We don’t use a lot of fancy business talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to get it done. Sometimes the logistics get messy, especially with the trains and the traffic near the crossing, but we manage to find a way. We’ve been in this society for a good bit of time, and most people around Raiya Road know where we are. We don't bother with much promotion. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. It’s a practical, straightforward way of doing things. We just stay here and handle the files as they come.
