Shavan Medical is located over on University Road, right inside Diva Hospital. We are quite close to the Kachi King Food Zone, which is a popular spot for people to grab a bite. Being based in a hospital means we are always busy. There’s a constant flow of patients and doctors, so we have to stay alert. The shop is on the main road, making it very accessible for everyone in that part of Rajkot. We don't have much room for fancy decorations, so every inch of the shelf is used for medicine and health products. It’s a practical setup. We spend our days helping people who are often in a hurry or worried about their health. We try to be a calm presence in the middle of all that. It’s not just a business; it’s where we spend most of our lives. We know the University Road area very well. The traffic can be a lot sometimes, but it brings people to our door. We don't use complicated sales pitches. We just listen to what’s needed and provide it. It’s a very direct way of working. We’re glad to be part of the community here. If you’re near the hospital or just passing through for some food, we’re right there. It’s a simple, honest local shop. We don't try to be anything else but ourselves behind the counter.
