Tilara Group Company

Tilara Group Company operates out of a few plots—1, 2, 7, and 10—at Survey No. 26. We are located right near Galaxy Technoforge, which is a well-known spot in this industrial belt. Having several plots means we have a lot of ground to cover, and there is always something happening in one corner or another. We do a lot of manufacturing here, mostly focusing on plastic sheets and related items. It’s a big operation, but we try to keep things feeling like a local business. The managers are usually out on the floor rather than sitting in offices. We’ve grown over the years, but the core of the work is still the same: managing the machines and making sure the output is steady. It’s a noisy place with a lot of movement. Forklifts are constantly moving between the different plots to organize the stock. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or professional writers to tell our story. We’d rather just show people the stuff we make. It’s a practical environment. The days are long, especially when we have big orders to get through, but the team here is used to the pace. We just keep our heads down, stay at our station, and make sure the day ends with the work done right. That’s the reality of life here at Tilara. It is just about keeping the production lines running and the shipments moving out.
